Shipping & Returns

Orders leave a United States warehouse within 48 hours of being placed. Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination.

Products are filled against demand rather than held in long-term inventory, which is why the dispatch window is measured in hours rather than weeks.

United States addresses at launch. International shipping is not offered until the customs and per-country supplement requirements are handled properly.

Unopened product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Opened product cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned. This is a safety rule, not a commercial one.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, we replace or refund it. No photographs of a destroyed package will be demanded as a condition of being believed.

An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Once it has left the warehouse it falls under the returns terms above.
